On 21st and 22nd of June took place the training in the scope of the project Erasmus + Women&Money, where EUROTEAM PROGETTI from Italy and INVESTORS PORTUGAL participated. "Female entrepreneurs’ glass ceiling is intact"





Despite progress made by women in the business world, the glass ceiling still exists, limiting their ability to rise to the top of their professions. This is particularly apparent in terms of accessing venture capital, as women entrepreneurs only account for a small fraction of available funds. Governments and asset managers need to do more to help raise the bar for women in business.

"The Excitement and the Fear of Becoming a Woman Entrepreneur"





In theory, the challenges faced by male and female startup founders are identical. However, in reality, women approach change differently than men. Recent studies suggest that women have a desire to break free and be more self-reliant, and that this is likely why they are interested in entrepreneurship. However, some female entrepreneurs may lack confidence in their projects, so this study asked five of them to share their stories.
